Very comfortable room. There were some issues with the AC. At first it wasn’t cooling the room adequately. That was resolved but then the compressor was quite loud and sounded like it needed some maintenance. A maintenance person I spoke with actually confirmed that the hotel had opted not to replace some components that should have been replaced prior to opening. Hopefully they will address that. Otherwise, very comfortable stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

"Fint lille hus med super udsigt. Desværre var der problemer med nøgleboksen ved ankomsten og også ved afrejse. Svært at få fat i hjælp, da alle oplyste numre var uden for åbningstid. Huset var ikke gjort rent, og der kom først rengøringsfolk, om aftenen inden afrejsen. Betaling for forbrug var heller ..."

"Superb front desk staff! If you are a wheelchair user, be sure you are mobile enough to get into the shower/toilet without your chair. Same block as the central train station, so very handy location"
