"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. All in all, it was a beautiful space that was perfect for our party of 7 and I would...

"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. 10/10 Excellent

Both of us work in the international tour industry. We conduct 5 star programs around the world, and we use Ritz Carlton hotels on several of our programs, including one in Kyoto. We needed a relaxing vacation and your hotel was absolutely perfect, especially the design and comfort of the room, but most of all the fantastic staff who were tremendously gracious, helpful and pleasant. We really felt taken care of in the most lovely way. I should also say that your spa staff was exceptional in...
