We’re staying here for 4 nights, wonderful environment and considerate amenity to all the guests. The staff are friendly but not speak English at all, mostly likely to communicate with body language. To be concluded, it’s a lovely holiday hotel that I would come again.

All six beds were in the room and were very comfortable. The lounge bar was 👌👌. Loved that little getaway!! he comfort was definitely worth the price

We stayed in the Annex building which was amazing. We didnt realize they had drinks included so that was a nice surprise along with the beautiful lounge area, and we loved the jacuzzi tub. We spent 4 days and while I understand not changing bedding the rest of cleaning was pretty limited (eg: floors not done). Only other complaint is that the hotel wasn't as soundproofed as others we stayed at in Japan, so someone's kid running laps at 10pm in the room next to ours was very disruptive. Otherwise it was very quiet (no road noise etc).

My stay was amazing! I enjoyed everything. The staff was very friendly and were able to help me even though I spoke English. I would 100 percent recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was terrible. The staff cannot speak English. There are five people staying in the same room but there were only two pieces of key cards. The worst of all, I stayed there for one night but was charged twice to my credit card. Super terrible service, everyone should avoid this hotel!

飲み物アルコールも含めて、フリーだったのが最高でした。ラウンジやレストラン、エントランスもオシャレでジャグジー付きのお部屋も天井が高いので、圧迫感無くゆったり過ごせました。タオルとゴミ捨てだけじゃなく、ジャグジーの掃除も入ってくれたら完璧。もしくはジャグジーに掃除できるようにシャワーとスポンジがあれば言うことなしでした。
