SITUATION:

Newly built complex, located 500 meters. from the beach, in a quiet area, next to the Los Boliches soccer field and 200 meters. from the commuter station.

COMPOSITION:

Apartment property inaugurated in 2009. They have: living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, full bathroom, open kitchen and terrace. With T.V. via satellite, A/C, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher.



APARTMENT AMENITIES:

Elevators, snack bar restaurant, bar, social room, adult/children pool, playground, gym, and free Wi-Fi internet. Safe and garage by direct payment. Nearby shops and a large supermarket in the building itself. All types of services nearby.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except tablecloths, cloths and napkins), water, gas and electricity, cleaning (except kitchen and balcony / terrace) and change of towels every 4 days and change of sheets is every 7 days and use of the pool. Possibility of daily cleaning, except kitchen, with direct payment supplement.
