Summary:

Our place features a large balcony with views of the mountains in Mijas and the popular and alive Avenida Los Boliches just outside.

The train station is just 3-4 min walk from the front door, the same to large supermarkets and Corte Ingles. The beach is just 2-3 min walk away as well as hundreds of bars and restaurants along the Paseo Maritimo. There is also bike rentals, surf shops and travel agencies that offer daytrips to Gibraltar, Sierra Nevada, and Morocco.



The Space:

This lovely beachclose 2BR apartment consists of a large balcony with views of Calle francisco cano, cozy livingroom with a chimnea, smart-tv and aircon aswell as free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffemaker and all what you need to make great dinners at home. There is 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

The Neighborhood:

Los Boliches is an area known for its international radiance with shops and restaurants from all corners of the world. Just around the corner, you have classic tapas bars, grocery stores, hairdressers, shopping, and much more. The area is also known for the regular markets that hold every Tuesday (regular market and vegetables and fruit) and on Saturdays, where there are flea markets. In April and October, some of the coast's largest festivals are held on the marketplace.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
