  • This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment that has been refurbished to a very high standard in 2023 set in a gated community of Ronda IV directly on the seafront of Los Boliches. The apartment is a self contained with lounge, kitchen area, with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher sandwich maker , bedroom, bathroom with shower, and balcony overlooking the communal pool. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. Free fast spped wifi, Tv's in both the lounge and bedroom with over 90 channels for you to choose from. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom.

    The communal swimming pool is open from 15th May until middle of October from 10.00 - 21.00 and a lifeguard is on duty.

    A walk out of the complex leads you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Los Boliches where there is a selection of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy which are open all year.. Everything you need on your doorstep. Ideal for families, couples, friends to enjoy - Car is not necessary. Walking distance to bus and train stations leading you in either direction up and down the beautiful Costa Del Sol.
