2-bedroom apartment recently renovated, facing the sea in Torreblanca, Fuengirola.
The apartment features a bright living room with a large window overlooking the sea and southeast orientation. It is furnished with a large 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, television and a dining table for 4 people. From here, you can also access the terrace with sun all day long, and panoramic sea views, which makes it a very special front-line property, suitable for families, couples and small groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils to cook if desired. There are 2 bedrooms, both with sea views and each with 2 single beds. It has a family bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, television in English, and ceiling fans.
The community offers a quiet and relaxing swimming pool and garden area that is open from mid-spring to late October.

My wife and myself have been visiting the apartment for many years we love it it haroiuarounnas been refurbished this year and now is even better the owner lives next door and is a great help with any problems the balcony is superb. Two lovely sun beds great views bars and restaurants all around great holiday g atherton

Very disappointed
The photos on line are misleading. The apartment is extremely tired and grubby, leather furniture dirty with ingrained stains, kitchen needs updating especially worktop. Mattresses on beds have no comfort or support and are also grubby. Outside table and chairs covered in rust and cushions need replacing. Very noisy area. However view is amazing.

Top floor apartment with a stunning view
The furniture was nice and fresh, tv was super large!

The apartment was not so clean when we arrived
Some of the plates, cutlery and glasses were dirty.
Both frying pans were almost unusable
No water bottles in the fridge when we arrived in the middle of the night. Luckily one small mini market was open that time.
Has an amazing stay. Roz the property manager made everything very simple and she was great. The views and location. Here are second to none. The apartment needs updating considering the cost to stay is quite high. Seals on fridge and freezer are damaged and doors don’t close properly. The furniture on the balcony is rusty, sofa and chairs in the lounge are past it. The pull ropes for the shutters are not fit for purpose. Paying over 2000 pounds for a holiday you would expect to find a nicer interior.
Leider war eine Baustelle vor der Tür was die Stimmung ein wenig getrübt hat. Ein Stellplatz wäre auch super gewesen da die Parkplatz Suche eine Katastrophe ist Die Wohnung ist super. Wer Meerblick mag ist hier genau richtig. Jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick. Die Einrichtung ist auch okay. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Die Lage ist phänomenal
Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet ist. Von der Klimaanlage, über die Rollläden in den Schlafzimmer bis zum Geschirrspüler und der Waschmaschine hat nichts gefehlt. Obwohl, eins zwei kleine scharfe Messer haben wir vermisst. Um das Apartment gibt es drei Balkone mit Stühlen, Tische und Liegen, da hat man vom Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Apartment ist im 7. Stock einer Anlage mit Swimmingpool. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
