Great apartment in good location
Great apartment with good pool views. Equipped with just about everything you need. Communication with owners and local agent is excellent and response is quick. Location given by VRBO map is inaccurate but still walkable to the Port area in 20 mins or so and there is an excellent commercial centre next door with supermarket, bars and restaurants and shopping. Internet is pretty poor (3-4 Mbps) if you want to stream films or sports and buffers regularly. All in all, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend the apartment.

Perfect Place for a Prefect Stay
Ideal apartment in a good area. Near to Supermarket,Restaurants and local bars. The grounds and Pools are so well kept. It was a great pleasure to stay at Rosaleens apartment. Sadly it is already booked for when we want to return to Corralejo. Also the services from Andrea were very good and he is a very respectful guy. Thanks to you all for a great stay.

Swim, Sunbathe and Sangria
Property was ideal for what we needed: a relaxing holiday. It was generally tidy, bed was slightly hard (personal preference though), easy to gain keys and everything you need. Oh- another bonus, a fantastic range of books, kept me occupied. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment on great complex
Lovely apartment with the balcony overlooking the pool. We went in Nov Nov and the sun was on the balcony from 10.30 to 5pm. Apartment is well equipped for long stay having an oven, washing machine and a good sized fridge/ freezer. Complex very quiet, well maintained and ideally situated next to supermarket. Definitely one to stay in again!

Fantastic Holiday
The apartment is in a great position overlooking the pools and it's very handy for the beach & amenities in Corralejo. Also very convenient for the ferry to Lanzarote (Playa Blanca). We hope we might be able to stay in the apartment again sometime in the not too distant future.

Lovely Apartment
Cannot fault this apartment, it is the second time we have stayed here and love it. Five minute walk to the beautiful beaches and restaurants. We love Fuerterventura and hopefully be visiting again very soon, especially in this apartment.

Very nice apartment in excellent complex
The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Comfy bed. Spacious lounge with TV that had a few UK and other European channels, a DVD player and plenty of books. Good size balcony that overlooked the excellent pool area and had sun for much of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely holiday
We had a lovely time in November 21 when the days were hot but the evenings were cold . The apartment has everything you needed for self catering. 1 reason we chose this apartment was because of being able to watch the tv and dvds on an evening if we wanted to stay in . However we could not get anything to work . There were too many wires and too many remotes . We reported it and was told someone would come but they never did . Rosemary said she hadn’t been for a while due to covid but I’m sure it’ll all be sorted soon . Overall a lovely holiday

Fabulous apartment!!
Just returned from yet another amazing holiday. I love this apartment...air conditioners in both bedroom & lounge. Quiet pool area with lots of sun loungers. Free wifi which streams movies if required. Large comfy sofa. Shopping centre with large supermarket & lots of lovely restaurants a few minutes walk away. A five minute walk to the local beach. Autoreisen car hire company offer cheap uncomplicated car hire, the driving is easy and there are lots of beaches to explore... I would prefer a firm king size bed if ever doing a bed upgrade...

Excellent property, good location.
As always had a very good stay at Rosaleen's & Pat's apartment. It has had a new bathroom fitted which makes things even better. It is comfortable with UK TV and a good internet connection. Adjacent to a shopping centre with a large supermarket which is very handy and only 5 minutes or so walk to a sandy beach. The balcony is spacious and overlooks the pool and gets the sun for most of the day. Well impressed and have already booked for next year!

A lovely holiday
We have recently returned from Atlantic Gardens and were really impressed with the whole complex. It was spotlessly clean and the gardens especially were meticulously kept. The bar was excellent and the food and staff were a joy. Our privately owned apartment was very well appointed and was very comfy for the two of us. Highly recommended by us!!

Great holiday
Loved the apartment been before and would go again. Very quiet round the pool. Good air conditioning. Wi-Fi in apartment. I believe it's having new bathroom in December which will make it even better .

fantastic apartment
What makes this apartment stand out from the rest is : Air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom. very quiet location at night. Full oven & large fridge freezer in kitchen. Veranda gets the sun all day with a fantastic pool view. L shaped sofa in lounge is very comfortable. Free, Netflix stream-fast WiFi. large pool area, with no fighting for sun loungers . large supermarket & restaurants within a 2 min walk. Beach promenade walk 5 mins away. Centre of town is a 10 min walk. Hire a car at the airport through "Autoreisen" very cheap and hassle free ( no extras to pay !!) There are some amazing beaches you really need to be able to drive to.

Perfect apartment, perfect location.
Thank you for our wonderful stay in your lovely apartment. We visit Fuerteventura quite often but it was the first time in this area and the complex was in a great location. The apartment had everything we needed for a week self catering, it was comfortable and spacious and we particularly enjoyed the large balcony where we could enjoy the afternoon sun. We hired a car for the week but rarely needed to use it as we was happy to spend our days around the pool or walking to the beach. The pool lifeguard was a great asset to the complex, very funny guy! And the pool bar was good value for money and the food we tried was very good. The shopping centre next door was fun in the evenings and there is a great tapas and wine deal in the bar in the centre. We can also recommend a taxi ride to the Fado Rocks restaurant at the far end of the harbour for amazing steaks. Thank you again and we wouldn’t hesitate to return one day.

Appartement fonctionnel et emplacement au top
Séjour en décembre 2023 : les + : comme spécifié dans les avis, emplacement parfait, appartement au 1er étage bien entretenu et lumineux, balcon très apprécié en cette saison ; résidence calme et agréable ! Commerces à côté. Les échanges par SMS avec Andrea ont été très courtois et réactifs. les - : difficulté pour l'ouverture de la boîte à clé (nous ne connaissions pas ce système) ; la literie (surtout le sommier) aurait besoin d'être remplacée ; absence de kit d'accueil pour la douche et pas de produits d'entretien. Conclusion : nous avons passé un super séjour !

Mobilier à revoir mais bon rapport qualité/prix
Excepté la cuisine et l'électroménager, le mobilier de l'appartement est à renouveler entièrement. Le lit ressemble plus à un trampoline qu'à un lit, celui qui se retourne réveille l'autre. Le meuble de la salle de bain est bien abimé (1 seul tiroir utilisable). Le canapé est usé et écorché. Le mobilier extérieur est hors d'âge ainsi que le parasol que nous n'avons pas osé ouvrir vu son état rouillé. Nous avons malgré tout passé un séjour correct grâce à la localisation du complexe et aux piscines agréables en fin de journée (moins fréquentées).

Mit dem Apartment und der Anlage, in der sie sich befindet waren wir sehr zufrieden. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Meer und an der Hauptstraße mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Vom sonnigen Balkon blickt man direkt auf den Pool. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise ist allerdings verbesserungswürdig bzw die Informationen hier auf der Webseite sollten aktualisiert werden.

2 Tage verschenkt wegen Angabe einer falscher Anschrift !!
Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Außenbereich mit Swimming Pool und die ruhige Atmosphäre in der Anlage laden zum Ausspannen ein. Allerdings erhielten wir über FeWo-direkt eine komplett falsche Anschrift für die Unterkunft, worüber noch separat zu korrespondieren sein wird.
