Wow, I seriously wished we could have stayed one more night because this place was so relaxing. The room we had was massive, and we chose to sleep on the floor, the floor mattress and blanket were so comfy. The onsen was our favourite part. After long days of walking, we relaxed in the hot springs, and sat in the massage chair. The area is perfectly tucked away but a nice walk to restaurants around and not crowded! They provide a shuttle to Kawaguchiko’s Bus station. 11/10 recommend!!

It was an ok hotel well located so very walkable to many places. The staff were lovely and very helpful, even helped doing something special for my partner’s birthday. They had a silly rule to hand the key in every time you leave which I think was very unnecessary and inconvenient and not something I’d experienced before.

Our ryocan room was perfect! Combined with the beautiful Kaiseki meal we were served, and the on site onsen. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience. The staff were very accomodating and the room was very cozy and clean. I'd stay here again any day.

Very clean hotel. Staff were kind, welcoming, and offered a lot of help and suggestions for the surrounding area. The hotel is about a 15-20 min walk to the train station and is close to restaurants. The “Mt. Fuji view” room is definitely worth it.

In general, the hotel was nice, has good amenities, we especially enjoyed the common area with TV and free cold and hot beverages. The only thing we didn't like was that the Ryokan was too cold, but we turned the AC and the sleeping area improved, however the bathroom had a bad sewage smell. Other than this, we liked the comfy futons and the good location. Also, the staff was nice and friendly.
