"So helpful to have laundry in the room. The staff is nice to help booking taxi to places and help arranging luggage delivery to hotel in other city. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping malls."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was a very short distance from the Hakata Eki (train station) and subway access with lots of food and shopping options. The room itself was nice and clean. We got a triple room with a standard queen size bed and the sofa turned into a twin bed but there was still enough room to place a large open suitcase on the floor. The beds were comfortable. There were also self laundry facilities and vending machines on three of the floors. Complimentary coffee, tea and juices were offered from 3p to 5:30p daily at its restaurant around the corner from the lobby."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers excellent amenities, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"프론트직원분들 너무너무너무 친절하셨어요 여성분 한국말 나보다 잘함,, 관리잘된 오래된 호텔 느낌 이었어요 조식 화려하진 않지만, 맛이좋았고 가장단점은 온도를 맞춰도, 에어컨이 거의 나오지않았다는거 비오는날 답답해죽을뻔함 호텔 체류 시간이 길지않아 버틸수있었지 2박이상 했으면 힘들어질수있었을것같아요 후쿠오카 다른 호텔을 이용해 보지않아 비교는어렵고 다시간다면 재이용 할 생각은 있어요"

"The triple room was comfortable and spacious, with a bed for each of our party of three. The hotel was well maintained and comfortable. While we didn't use it, the on-site onsen seemed very popular (note, no tattoos). The laundry facilities were easily accessed and worked well. The location was a moderate walk from the train station and near bus stops."
