"We had a very nice stay at this hotel that certainly lived up to its rating. After an easy and welcoming check-in, we arrived to a clean and spacious room. We did not have dinner at the hotel as we met friends out, but there were several choices on site with good deals. The following morning's buffet breakfast was full of options, we especially enjoyed the local oven cooked pancakes and fresh juice. The staff were nice enough to give us a late checkout so that we could have more time to enjoy...

When we headed down to the checkout counter, we were told to just leave the key and go. Because we had a 7,000RMB pre-authorization deposit, I asked for the bill. Turned out we were charged for my sister's room even though she booked on her own. ( we explicitly asked to not charge the two rooms together when checking in). Because my sister had left two days...
