Monumental Apartment 610 as a one-bedroom apartment, is located on the 6th floor and features a balcony with 180 degree sea views.



Room with a King Size bed, living room with a sofa bed for 2 adults, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine (CAPSULE INCLUDED) and bathroom with shower.



It has a supermarket on the corner of the building, 5 minutes walking to the beach, parking and gardens areas less than 5 minutes walk, Forum Madeira Shopping Center 5 minutes walk and Funchal center it is 25 minutes walk.

Entire Space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.



You are staying in a Residential building so please respect also the noise period, that is from 22h until 8 am, and respect your neighbors.



The Neighborhood:

Monumental Apartment 610 has a supermarket on the corner of the building, 5 minutes walking to the beach, parking and gardens areas less than 5 minutes walk, Forum Madeira Shopping Center 5 minutes walk and Funchal center it is 25 minutes walk.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop and the Aerobus is less than 2 minutes' walk away.



You can take the Aerobus and the nearest stop is number 15.



We can arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment at an extra cost, ask us.



Other Things to Note:

As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property.



Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card.



Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details.



This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival.



We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay and then quality checked.
