"It was very clean and the staff are great. It is far from the city center if you don't have a car, but the bus and train service is good. My room was very hot."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff went the extra mile every day. Our bathroom was showing its age with slow drains and a running toilet. We left a laptop there and were glad they notified us quickly. They use a service to ship items and I was a bit shocked to have to spend approx $200 USD. My mistake, but that seems excessive."
