"My husband and I stayed at Taylor Made will six other couples. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful with lots to do in and around McHenry. The guys played golf at three different courses (checked out a 4th but the weather didn't cooperate) and the ladies shopped and did some sightseeing. Swallow Falls is gorgeous, and the little towns are filled with places to visit. Glass blowing, open air market, plenty of food stores and places to make purchases. The restaurants we ate at were great - dinner at Aces Run and lunch/Sunday BINGO at Mountain State Brewing Company. The kitchen was well stocked; which enabled us to whip up culinary delights just like we were at home! Communication with the host was top notch - they were super responsive with our needs (which were few). Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing and fun getaway!"

"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "

"Not far from the main road and surprisingly close to the town and ski resort, while at the property you feel entirely secluded and away from civilization. The main living and dining area is great for everyone to spend time together with a fire going while the bedrooms are tucked away for good privacy. The wrap around deck would be a great place to lounge in summer, and the fire pit would be similarly nice on summer and fall evenings."
