This villa is located near Funtana, just 5 km from Porec, close to the holiday resort of Zelena Laguna and the Bijela Uvala campsite. The nearest beach is only 800 metres away. Thanks to its attractive location, various facilities such as shops, restaurants, ATM, boat hire, cocktail bars, children's playgrounds and much more are only a few minutes away by car. The holiday home, built in authentic Istrian style, is located on a fenced, well-kept plot of 4000 m2 in the middle of nature and offers guests a 40 m2 pool, sun loungers, well-kept lawn, covered terrace by the pool and several parking spaces.
This villa for 4 people with a total area of 160 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower, all on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and marvellous views of the pool and nature.
The highlight of Villa Irena Funtana is the large, fully fenced outdoor area, which offers complete privacy.
Groups of teenagers are not allowed and the owner occasionally comes to maintain the garden.
