Mountain View Resort and Suites at Fairmont Hot Springs

"Wow! This place is incredible. The rooms are set up like an apartment and have everything you could need. If you need anything all you have to do is ask and right away they send someone to help you out. The staff is very nice, we were only there 2 nights and the front desk staff knew our daughter by name and would give her chocolate everytime we walked past. The pool and water park is amazing, we spent a whole afternoon there and had the whole place to ourselves. The staff offered to turn on the waterslide just for us. The gym is actually a real gym, it isnt just a treadmill like most hotel gyms, they actually have a cable mashine and free weights up to 60lbs. Sauna, steam room all really nice. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves to but some of the best fries I've ever had! The Hotshots (fire crew) were there the same time as us and i over heard the staff offering to keep the restaurant open after hours just for them. I have nothing but positive things to say and cant wait to go back."

"Fantastic pool. Clean, modern facilities. A bit hit and miss with the restaurant could have had more flexible grab and go breakfast items besides coffee. Staff at the desk could have had more written intro to the workings of the resort. Eg pool towel location, wifi connection food options "

Bachelorette weekend

"Our stay at this property was amazing! The house was perfect for a group of 10 girls coming to celebrate a bachelorette trip. There was enough space and beds for everyone, and the property was well taken care of. It was well equipped with everything we needed, which made it super convenient for the few little things we forgot. The location was very ideal for what we had planned and the views were amazing from the back yard / front deck. Would highly recommend this house! "

Charming cabin surrended by beautiful nature

"The cabin is just beautiful. Very stylish inside, has a lot of charm. Beautiful views from livingroom windows. We loved to prepare meals with such a view and to eat having such pleasant and relaxing surrendings. Morning coffee in a livingroom by a real fireplace was magical experience. Just being in this cabin is a nice adventure!We loved a hottub in the evening and a fun basement. We could also enjoy outdoor patio on a deck and dive into nature around.We parents loved the cabin. Our kids loved it, too. No one wanted to come back home, even our 2 years old kid wanted to stay in this cabin.Kids loved the bunk bed room and entertainment they had in a basement. There is not enough words to describe how fun time we all had.It is located few minutes drive to hot springs pools, grocery shop, restaurants and fun park for kids.It is very close to a highway, so you can hear cars passing and see them, as well but it is not bodering. The charm of the nature around makes you enjoying the place.We would love to rent the cabin again!Hosts were nice, helpful and fast responding to any questions or concerns.Place was very clean.I truly recommend it for friends or family vacation."

"We stayed 6 nights and we loved the location and the apartment. Everything was clean, well-stocked and well organized. The location was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of room. Good communication with hosts. Highly enjoyable. Thanks for the stay."

Two night visit

"I was worried that being in a lower unit, overhead noise would be a problem, but it was amazingly quiet. The backyard is really spacious, although we didn't make use of some of the amenities like the BBQ or firepit. You can walk to close by restaurants, so we didn't end up making much use of the kitchen. It was well stocked with dishes and thoughtful to have some basic condiments on hand. The only reason I didn't give a full five on cleanliness was we found hair on a bath towel and a dead bug in the tub with peeling finish. It's really minor. There is a washer and dryer that we could have used, to redo the towels. We didn't care as much as a few people I know would. There are some quirks like a wobbly kitchen table top, but on a whole it was a comfortable stay. The hosts are the fastest respondents I have had via VRBO. We would be happy to return here, especially if we wanted to spend more time relaxing rather than hiking."
