"Besides the floors being so dirty it turned out bare feet black, two window screens knocked out and another with a hole in it ( couldn’t open windows due to bugs) and only provided a single fork and spoon for amenities, the location was great, beach access convenient and beach chairs were provided. The price was much higher than what was provided but that’s on us, we booked later and everything closer to the center was booked "

"This place is recently renovated and is exactly as pictured on the site! We stayed in one of their cabins which was amazing!! Amber the manager was phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved that they had a trolley right to downtown OOB to save on parking. The pool was great and the beds are super comfortable!
