"This is terrific place for a visit old Orchard Beach. Great location and the unit is modern and very comfortable. I highly recommend it and will be back. Super easy to book and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful..One thing there is no pool and they don’t list that there is one, but I couldn’t skip that for some reason so I didn’t want to give anyone the wrong impression"

"The cabin was perfect. Allen and Peggy were very helpful and quick to respond with our questions. Allen gave us some great local suggestions for places to check out. There’s a little lobster place kitty corner that is a great option for a lobster and fresh sweet corn supper! "

"The house is a work in progress as you can see all the advancements made to modernize it. It was beautiful, fresh, open and wonderful. It suited our needs perfectly! Hot tub a perk and walking distance to pier!Only recommendation is that the drain in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t keep up with the amount of water, so within 5 minutes water is rolling out to the bathroom floor! We just took a quick shower, put a towel down!"

"Traveled with my teenage son and the space was just right. The location was great, just a short walk down to all the fun. Room was clean and had all the essentials; mini fridge, microwave, air conditioner, shower, tv with tons of streaming. Definitely recommend! "

"Sarah was accessible and answered all out questions. The property was clean and linens were provided! They even provided travel sized toiletries and some kitchen starters (coffee, tea, filters, soap, etc)! The view is amazing from the deck ( especially for the Thursday fireworks and the accessibility to businesses on the street is great! Although there is no signed parking for the unit, it was easy to find street parking (30 min limit) and lot parking for about 10. Hoping to return next year and we would love to stay here again! We recommend the mini donuts near the beach and Tostones up on the main road! "
