"２４時間のフロントという事でしたが、フロントにはいずに呼んでも出てこない事が多かったです。
3泊しましたが、鍵も預けられず、3日とも持ち歩きました。
ただ外人の方のフロントでしたが、気持ち良い挨拶、接客をしてもらいました。
設備は隣の音が丸聞こえでした"

"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフ の皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"
