Very nice place near Bourges

The location is nice and clean with a very effective air condition, which came really handy in this summer’s heat. Also very modern technical equipment in the kitchen, which was a joy to use. It also has a whirlpool for 3-4 persons as an added bonus. The host is very nice and supportive. Maybe we overlooked this in the description - one of the three bedrooms is only reachable through one of the other two, which didn’t work for us, so one of us slept on the (very comfortable) couch in the living. Not a big deal. One last thing: The WiFi was very slow, so if you rely on fast and reliable internet, it is better to resort to tethering the connection via your mobile phone. All in all we were very happy with the place.

Prima accommodatie voor kleinere mensen

De accommodatie is prima uitgerust; keuken, badkamers en toiletten netjes goed werkend. Bedden/matrassen zijn goed. Meubilair in de woonkamer sterk versleten, bedekt met doeken. De toegang tot de eerste badkamer (een soort opkamer) is hoog genoeg voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50 cm, langere mensen stoten gegarandeerd (hard) hun hoofd. Bijzonder is dat één wc in de woonkamer is gesitueerd. Wat echt duidelijker in de beschrijving moet worden opgenomen is dat de accommodatie zich op een eerste etage bevindt, bereikbaar met een weliswaar solide, maar steile trap. Eén woord (bovenop) in de tekst duidt daar wel op, maar de benaming ‘cottage’ en sommige van de foto’s geven het idee dat je zo de tuin in wandelt. Voor mensen met een fysieke beperking is de toegang te lastig. Het huis is een opknapper, helemaal niet slecht gedaan, ook al zijn de verschillende afmetingen van de traptreden onhandig. Bij de zeer aangename ontvangst door de eigenaar werd al aangegeven dat de Wifi niet supersnel is, maar die is echt onvoldoende. Kortom, prima geoutilleerd, maar voor meer dan €1000,- per week mag je wat meer verwachten (zoals een handdoekenpakket, waar de eigenaar overigens meteen in voorzag toen wij aangaven dat we die niet bij ons hadden).

Un gite très bien situé à 8km de Bourges. Un propriétaire très conviviable toujours présent mais aussi discret. Un gite avec de très bonnes prestations, équipement, literie .... Retrouvailles entre amis à Fussy

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Fussy dans le gite de Fabrice. Tout était parfait. De l'accueil lors de notre arrivée à notre départ, Fabrice, propriétaire des lieux à su être disponible pour rendre notre séjour idyllique (tout en étant discret) et a fait preuve de bienveillance en nous proposant plusieurs prestations sur place (jacuzzi, massage à domicile ...) Nous avons ainsi pu profiter d'un moment de détente dans le jacuzzi et nous avons profité également des mains expertes de Lauren, esthéticienne à Bourges, qui nous a offert un moment d'évasion.. un pur bonheur ! Tout était idéal pour se retrouver et partager ces plaisirs entre amis. Merci Fabrice. Merci Lauren.

Nous y sommes depuis une semaine. A l'arrivée, le wifi et la plaque à induction ne fonctionnaient pas. Au lieu de cela, il y avait une cuisinière électrique avec 2 brûleurs sur laquelle il était presque impossible de cuisiner. De plus, le wifi n'a pas pu être fait. Les escaliers menant à l'appartement étaient en effet assez raides avec des marches inégales, il était donc presque impossible de se lever avec un chien de taille moyenne. De plus, les escaliers menant à la 3ème chambre étaient raides et il y avait des marches menant à la 2ème chambre. Déconseillé aux personnes âgées ou aux personnes peu mobiles. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le système stéréo comme indiqué dans la description. Le canapé était bien mais le rembourrage des 2 chaises était très sale. Le propriétaire a noté lors de la visite qu'une lumière dans la salle de bain était cassée mais ne l'a pas remplacée. Bref un peu déçu.

Nous avons logé chez Fabrice pour 2 nuits et nous avons été conquis par l'expérience de loger dans une ancienne grange parfaitement réaménagée. Malgré les fortes chaleur, la climatisation est vrai un plus qui permet d'apprécier pleinement le séjour dans ce lieu au calme

Le Berry comme on l'aime

Faire un logement beau et agréable fut la 1ère "mission" réussie de Fabrice. Là où est le réel plus, c'est dans l'accueil et le bon feeling que l'on a avec cet hôte attentif et prévenant. Il sait pour autant garder la bonne distance. Nous recommandons +++.

Agréable sejour

La dependance de Fabrice est très récente et très jolie. Un peu déçues des services proposés qui n’ont Pas toujours été honorées. Il a fait assez froid dans la maison, Jacuzzi ouvert de 8h de 20h non précisé dans l’annonce.
