"The retreat is in a wonderful location the price we payed for 1 night 2 adults is good room small but clean would of liked a TV overall hotel nice but it's not for me I would prefer to been meeted and greeted but that's me"

"My family (especially my 5 year old daughter) and I LOVED seashell cottage. Cromarty is a special place for us and the cottage was a wonderful and cozy place to stay while we were visiting. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...
