"The bathrooms should be checked carefully for any deficiency in hair shampoo , conditioner, liquid soap … etc In add, no reply to the guest emails & delay in answering the chats , otherwise, it is a comfortable hotel."

"The hotel was great in terms of size and quality of the room. The location was quite isolated and info online at hotels.com was very misleading in regard to proximity to public transport - this needs to be doubled. So 15-20 min walk to tram and train, etc."

"Room was ok, nothing special but good be improved. With price i paid i cant complain. If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. You get what u paid for so i dont have complaints. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Would defo use hotels.com again. Great price and good communications"
