"The staff was welcoming, the room was excellent. It was very luxurious which was unexpected. The gym could use an upgrade and the laundry service was way too pricey. Otherwise, the room was stellar and was in the best possible location. I will definitely stay here when in Sydney and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney. "
"We really enjoy staying here and have done in the past. The weekly loud party in Australia Square below is an annoyance though, and this time we asked for a room on the other side of the building. The alleyway outside the hotel entrance leading to the steps up to George Street was in a disgusting dirty state for the 2 weeks we stayed there though, and was only cleaned up the day we left."
"The location is perfect! Can just walk in the most significant places of interest in Sydney, if it is a problem to walk tram’s and buses’s stops are right there. Rooms a re in ideal shape: very clean, beds and pillows are comfortable , towels and bedding are еxtremely white. Staff members are friendly and thoughtfully helpful. The total atmosphere might be described as ALWAYS HOLIDAY!"
