They went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary sweets to celebrate our son’s first time in the Philippines, plus the cutest carabao stuffed toy 🐃such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch! Breakfast was a highlight too, with a wonderful showcase of Filipino dishes that made the experience even more special. And the location? Perfect! The easy access to nearby malls made everything so convenient."

"Let’s start by saying the pictures look different from what you get!! First the room is so small. If you have two large suitcases. Good luck! Second!! Place was dirty when. I arrived. Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! Banging on the door 6am 8am noon. And it’s always a new person asking about it. The final straw for me was finding roaches! Once I saw that I packed my bags and found a new place. "

"The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Design though is not bad. They should improve soundproofing of their rooms. We can hear every thing on the hallways, and the rooms are adjacents, so we can hear them talking and laughing. The hotel may have been advertised as a resort, so the locals come over and party for a few days. On our 2nd day a group of families checked in. I was so tired so I was about to take a nap, when the noise started. A kid yelling continuesly like he was on the street. Then the adults meet in the hallway and talk, laugh like they are in a party. So we asked to be transferred to a different room away from our floor. They did, but we were awaken by the adjacent room checking out the adjacent door, and people upstairs dragging something. If you're looking for a place to sleep for a night or two, this hotel may work. If you're looking for a place to rest after a day of work, this may not be the one. The staff however is excellent, each and every one that we had encountered during our stay there made us feel very special. "
