This place was absolutely fabulous. The stay was comfortable and it had a nice view of the city. The washer and dryer did not work as much I thought it would but we had option to send our clothes out for laundry which was wonderful. We stayed around the holidays and were serenaded with Carolers at the lobby the 3 nights of stay there. I would stay here again

We stayed in the business apartment: there was a small foyer/entrance that led to the bedroom, then a storage area going towards the bathroom and the bathroom had a shower and a bath tub separately. They would give us more bottled water everyday- so kind! The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing, and it’s because of the humidity, was that our wet towels from showering never dried BUT housekeeping would just replace them daily 😁 The hotel staff was AMAZING! So respectful and very helpful. It was our first time in Manila but everyone made sure we were comfortable AND safe. They would always check to make sure we were getting in the correct GRAB (Uber) and would check the inside of the vehicles to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind EVERYTIME - I’m so grateful for them ❤️
