The hotel is in a great walking area but difficult for a car/parking.
The bed was very uncomfortable and there is little in the room - no cups, no coffee, no fridge.
The staff at the desk were not very welcoming no “Welcome to the hotel”” or “did you enjoy your stay?”. They do have a great breakfast and the area is authentic old town.

Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.

Good value, fabulous breakfast. Rooms quite compact but spotlessly clean. Staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. The only downside the hotel was exceptionally hot. The only way to cool the room down seemed to be opening the window.
