Good spot near UF campus

Stayed for just one night after the UF football game. Very short drive to campus and a quick drive to go back downtown. The house was clean and spacious for our group of 4 adults

The home was as pictured, clean, tidy and accommodated our family well. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint - the flies. So many flies.

Amazing stay

My stay exceeded my expectations! The property has a lovely private backyard, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family. Very ample home, great for traveling work teams!

The home is centrally located and very thoughtfully decorated. More important however was the responsive and positive communication in part of the host, Melissa who was flexible when my team's assignment was shifted. Thanks for being an awesome host Melissa!

Great Potential

This property has great potential given the size and price. The inside is spacious with decent amenities. There was a problem with flies. The yard needs to be cleaned and could use outside amenities(grill, payio furniture, etc). The host was accommodating which was a Blessing for my family. I would consider rebooking thos home.

The house was very spacious , comfortable and located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There is a large fenced yard for privacy and we liked walking the dog to the park at the end of the street . Really conveniently located / centralized to everything . Host was great at communications and promptly helped us check in when there was an issue with the door code.

I was very happy with our stay. Everything was just like the pictures, nice and clean! The fenced in backyard was great too! I think my least favorite part was leaving!

We didn't get to stay. It was double booked. The host didn't respond for 8 hours. We had to find our own accommodations. We arrived and were able to get into the home and found other people's belongings. We left, being honest. We immediately began trying to contact the host. There was no reply for 8 hours. We were asked to confront the occupnts. We were informed we could return the next day as it would be empty then. We stated that we did not feel comfortable with either of these.

Nice house. Quiet neighborhood. Good amount of space. 2 bathrooms but one is in the king bed room- so good logistics help. Good kitchen, good amount of pots, pans, dishes, etc. along with dishwasher. City park just down the street. Big city pool just down the street.

Gators vs Hurricanes Baseball Series

This property was absolutely outstanding for our stay. There were 7 of us and we had all of the room that you could want. It was more than adequate with 4 large bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. All of the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was very well equipped. This will definitely be our first choice to stay the next time we are in Gainesville. The only down side is that the Hurricanes lost 2 out of the 3 games!

Rental was relatively clean except for dog poop in the corner of the game room. Poor internet service. Electrical issues. Garbage can full, so nowhere to put garbage. Not enough dishes for a family of 7 and dishes were plastic, some melted. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you plan on preparing your own meals.
