Lovely staff

Hotel was in great location, easy to get in & out. The Staff were all very friendly. The rooms are very spacious. The only thing that wasn't great is that something in our room made us all have alleric reactions... don't know if pet had recently been there or something.

It was a first time stay at Home2 Suites but the stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful including the front desk, cooks, housekeeping, and etc. Great location near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

My wife said it was one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed at, including 5 star hotels. I was pleasantly surprised that the king bed suite had two desks, as my wife and I both work remotely. The area seemed very safe, the pet potty yard was well lit and equipped with bags, and the staff was very nice. I even had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, who was wonderful. We will stay here again.

Very clean and welcoming. Rooms were very nuce and clean the small kitchen was very useful. We were there over the weekend the front desk didn't tell us we had to request maid service so I did have to chase down fresh towels and more coffee. The breakfast was really good, yummy waffles. The fuy behind the breakfast founter was very friendly and helpful. They allow dogs and there were many but we never heard any barking . We would stay there again.

It was a great physical place. The staff was warm, I stayed for almost 30 days and did not have any issues. Clean, safe, great location. However, the rooms were very noisy (maybe with limited insulation). And across the hall, the residents regularly burned food (not the hotel's fault) including fish and steak in a microwave, kept the door open with hotel furniture, twice set off the hotel fire alarm, and had a special needs child that frequently screamed: "No Mommy, No". I reported the first screams to the front desk discretely out of an abundance of caution. The hotel staff handled the situation very well and informed me of the outcome and presence of a special needs child. However, other neighbors had dogs that barked whenever the elevator arrived on our floor. The breakfast was great, the service staff was great, neighbors were not so great but they can't control that. Great overall experience and recommend it.
