Welcome to our charming 2-bed, 1.5-bath apartment located just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Butler Plaza and Celebration Pointe in Gainesville. Boasting a prime location, this cozy haven offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Centrally located, this charming stay is only a short drive to Ben Griffin Stadium, Shands Medical Center and North Florida Regional Medical Center. Fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

A quiet residential neighborhood close to Butler Plaza.

Parking is in assigned spaces! You will have two spots available.
Out of respect for our neighbors and our home, no parties or large gatherings of any kind!

We do not allow smoking of any kind in or around the property.

We are pet friendly for dogs, but unfortunately are not able to offer stays to guests with Cats.

The Zen Den lived to its name. Very peaceful and tranquil. Jeffrey was an excellent host. Quick to respond to our questions. We found the property matched the description. We would stay again.

It was ok
When we got there, there was parking spot blocked off, construction equipment all over the gounds, and a notice on the door about roofing going on that started 2 weeks prior to us showing up. The owner had no idea this was going on. So we had them starting work every morning at 7am. The one day the bounced their extention latter off our window at 630am. Just happy it didnt shatter the window. So nothing Zen about this den this time
