The staff goes out of their way to see if there is anything you need help with. Room was very nice. They are the first chain we have stayed at recently that offers an evening snack as well as the normal breakfest.

We used this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However the pool was kinda dirty and it was cold in the pool area and the water was freezing. It had big rips in the curtains in our room. The shower was HOT. That is the positive. Bathroom could have been much cleaner. One of the beds was broken. Shower pressure was weak. All in all it was ok. But too expensive
