"Hotel staff asked us if we are parking with them or off site we asked about prices they advised 55 a night for self park and 75 for valet. Then told us their garage is safe and it’s not safe to park cars in downtown LA parking garages, so we choose the self park. We unfortunately forgot to lock the door to the vehicle.when we came back we noticed a homesless couple living in their car next to us. We didn’t think anything of it until we noticed our car was gone through and over 150 dollars worth of items was stolen. We told the front desk about it to see if they would replay the cameras so we could confirm who it was to press charges.the hotel staff at the time did not care at all. They kinda laughed about it and told us to call the police file a report and then he would take his time to review the cameras. We didn’t really have time to sit around and wait to file a police report for no outcome to come about it so I just advised I was giving a bad review he again laughed at me and told me to go ahead and give him a bad review. The morning of checkout I ran to get coffee and when I got back there was a lady standing by the key pad with 2 bags she followed me in the hotel once I unlocked the door she jumped in elevator with me once I put my key in the key pad she moved her arm infront of me and hit floor 4 pool area.she asked me to unlock the pool area for her. We went down shortly after and she was swimming the went and washed her clothes in the hot tub..hotel needs security"

"the room was not cleaned well... crumbs in the bed; the shower did not work; the furniture was old and scuffed up, no luggage carts were available- when I asked for help the employee told me to look under the stairwell (I had looked prior to requesting assistance) / he looked ~ saw no cart, I was on the elevator by then - the staff joined me and began to push the button for every floor of the elevator on the guest elevator - a further inconvenience by this staff(he could have used the service elevator) how was he going to check each floor with guest on an elevator ?? when I asked him not to push every floor that he was being rude - he replied "I'm checking for a cart for you!" Please, how can he stop check each floor on the guest elevator - doesn't he have to get off and look beyond the elevator door area; down each hallway to see if the cart is on a floor?? Not a good choice by the staff, a rude reply and I never received a call- as the phone in my room did not work, OR a cart OR of the courtesy of a staff assistance. I am totally disappointed with my stay at the Radisson USC. I was offered a courtesy lower rate for a next night - I did not have a next night; and a bottle of water. I've stayed at this location over the 21 years I worked for USC and this was a most disappointing stay. A Totally Disappointing Stay. Dr. Rhonda Thornton"

"I LOVE THE HISTORY and decor. Everything was at close range, stores, restaurants, even parking. It is by the stadium so expect traffic and people. ALL the staff were wonderful. Attentive, and extremely courteous. This is the 2nd time my family has been there. We love it. We will be returning for sure."
