Love the amenities of this hotel. The pool, the bars & multiple restaurants were amazing, oh and the club! All in one floor! You get access to the Grammy exhibition which is a couple min walk from the hotel which I thought was really cool. Overall we loved our stay here.

The AC worked great and kept the room nice and cool, which I really appreciated. There were also a lot of restaurants close by, so that made things really convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room didn’t have an iron. I’m not really a fan of using a steamer, so that was a bit of a downside. Overall, it was still a good stay.

Here for the Grammy weekend and I was totally blown by everything, the room was very spacious and the view was amazing. The staff were very nice and welcoming from the valet parking to the guest service. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Old food in fridge. Coffee bar not stocked with empty wrappers everywhere. Split floors. Booked because there was a nice pool for me and my teen and lots of food options. Come to find out the entire floor with restaurants and pool were 21 and over just for that day. This is after the concierge told my daughter where target was so she could buy a bathing suit. No mention of pool not being an option for her. I was advised to go to lobby for “lite bites” - they handed me a menu and when I ordered they then told me they were out of everything. We were planning to stay here again for a 3 day trip in June. No way. Never again.
