"We stayed in a loft apartment. The bathroom and kitchen was a bit outdated, but we didn’t mind. The staff was very friendly. I loved the amount of space you get with these and the beach is only about a 5-minute walk. The location Is great in general If you're not renting a car, most things were a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment."

"Not Hilton quality whatsoever. Looks very rundown from the outside. Bathtub was old hardly any hot water and the water was very light. I brought it up to the front desk, but they didn’t even do anything about it. For the price I paid for one night was not worth it at all, especially under the Hilton Banner"

"We chose this location for the advertised ocean view knowing it was not quite as modern as some of the other choices. We had two rooms that were both quite rundown. The floors were so bad that I didn’t want to take my shoes off at all throughout the stay. The tiles shifted and had large, ugly and frankly unsafe gaps. There was damage to the ceiling that could’ve been fixed in 10 minutes by any average person. There was mold on the ceiling in one bathroom, and mold in one of the coffee makers. The view is nothing like advertised, at best a sliver of the ocean. The staff was really kind, but I was happy to leave this location."

"Room was very small if you can get a suite go that route because the other rooms are small & between our family 5 & our luggage it was just tight. Beds could have been more comfortable but I was happy we were only staying a few hours we got in late ( my mom ) checked us in earlier because she flew in earlier than we did. It wasn’t far @ all from the port & we ubered over it was cheaper to just do that than use the hotels services. "

"The room was small and lacked counter space and the decor was substandard. The staff was fabulous. Kind and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff there wonderful. The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel excellent coffee. The breakfast had terrible coffee and no choice and it was not up to par. "
