"The staff is very nice. The restaurant is the gem here. Excellent food, great drinks, clean and nice staff. 10/10 there. The rooms are fine. It's a converted motel. Some of the rooms are harder to get to. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I imagine it's a good spot when Newport gets crowded in the summer."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel bed was super comfortable, parking was a breeze and the front desk was helpful. One small complaint I had was the TV. Sometimes it would short in and out for a few seconds. Another small complaint was the shades for the window. I love having a little sunlight come in but I felt the shade going up and down was inconsistent to my liking. Overall the stay was great. I love the location as it’s close to downtown Newport. It was great for the cost too! I will definitely stay there again."

"Staff was great. Very Quiet. Comfortable bed. It was tough to get to our unit - lots of stairs and far from the parking lot. The two chairs in the room were awful - uncomfortable and hard to get out of. No tea or coffee pot in the room. Shower had a half door - water leaked onto the floor."

"The airstreams are a fantastic change from staying in a hotel room. It had everything we needed for a wonderful 2 night stay. Loved the set up and the clubhouse amenities. We took advantage of the 2 hours complimentary bike rental, music in the evening, and yoga in the morning. The best part is coming home smelling like campfire, like we went camping without all the hassle of camping. "

"This property is even better in real life than it looks in the pictures! It is incredibly clean and well-stocked. It is somehow both high end and cozy and comfortable at the same time, and the views are incredible. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and more (we forgot our hair dryer and were delighted to find one) and the beds were comfortable and linens updated and fresh. Once again, I have to point out how clean this place was—no sand, dust, paint chipping, fading…it was really a place a mom could relax. We loved walking around the neighborhood and down to Bristol Beach, and the private beach access was lovely. We went in the off season but the town and area were hardly sleepy—plenty to keep us busy but so peaceful."
