A nice room with a small balcony. It could have been better designed to fit a sofa and we had to ask for chairs for the balcony. The view is of the port but that was fine. The room was quite but we were here in October. Location was an easy walk to everything. The staff were attentive and always answered queries and suggested things to do quickly.

But the property was very well maintained great location. Staff were very good if you are in the Pasa Colombo you just have to go to the other locations for the swimming pool and staff were great and we had zero issues loved our day and enjoyed it. One thing is the parking situation is a little difficult because in Gallipoli there is no space.

The property is greatly located with proximity of anything in historic center. Staff accommodated us as much as they could and did extra Steps to make things happened. The breakfast was awesome.

Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing. Palazzo Columbo is an annex, away from all the hotel’s facilities, which was not made clear on either Expedia or the hotel’s own website. I’m also not convinced we received the room category we booked. The room had a broken toilet seat, and given the annex has only four rooms, basic amenities like a kettle and coffee maker should be provided. Breakfast was very underwhelming with tiny portions and poor quality a limit of three items, and even fresh juice costing an extra €5. It simply wasn’t good value. Service was inconsistent throughout. At check-in, I was incorrectly told I had booked room only, despite having paid for breakfast. At checkout, my request for help with luggage down a spiral staircase was reluctantly made because staff were busy, making reasonable requests feel like an inconvenience. The main buildings are beautiful, but the overall experience didn’t live up to the property’s appearance.

La struttura è davvero molto bella, curata e piacevole, e nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato positivo. Purtroppo, poco prima del nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che, a causa di un problema nella camera prenotata, avremmo dovuto trascorrere la prima notte in un'altra struttura e trasferirci il giorno successivo. Trattandosi di un soggiorno di sole due notti, il disagio è stato abbastanza significativo e credo che la situazione, soprattutto inizialmente, avrebbe potuto essere comunicata e gestita con maggiore attenzione verso l'ospite. Detto questo, ci tengo anche a riconoscere che successivamente lo staff ha fatto davvero il possibile per rimediare. Alla fine tutto si è risolto nel migliore dei modi e abbiamo apprezzato molto il modo in cui hanno cercato di compensare il disagio. Peccato soltanto per la gestione iniziale, perché senza questo inconveniente sarebbe stato davvero un soggiorno eccellente. Purtroppo il servizio di Expedia é stato inesistente, 1 ora al telefono senza concludere nulla.

Stort fräscht rum

Underbart rum med stort fräscht badrum, stor hall med soffa o tv. God frukost på hotel i närheten. Svårt att parkera trots att det stod parkering tillgänglig. GPS lurade oss nerför en backe utan genomfart och fick backa upp. Parkering var vid hamnen.
