• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• Destination fee: EUR1 per person, per stay. This fee does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 60.00 per accommodation, per stay, (varies per unit)
• Utility fee: EUR 5.00 per person, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Covered self-parking fee: EUR 10 per day (in/out privileges)
• Pet fee: EUR 40 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 30 for check-in between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 10 per night
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per day
• Towels fee: EUR 10 (or guests may bring their own)
