The property is divided into a main house and the annex.

On the ground floor of the main villa, there is a living room, dining area, kitchen (equipped with 3 fridges, a freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and 5 electric burners.), TV room (for 4 people), and 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with WC and washbasin.

The villa's sleeping area is composed of seven suites.

SUITE 1
Located on the first floor, it includes a living area with one double bedroom (with single mattreses that can be turned into a twin) and one bathroom with shower.

SUITE 2
On the first floor, there is a living area, one double bedroom (with single mattreses that can be turned into a twin) with an ornamental fireplace and one bathroom with a shower.
The second floor has a terrace which can be accessed from the outside.

Located on the ground floor, with access from outside only, it offers a living room with a double sofa-bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower, bathtub and double basins.
The first floor mezzanine has one double bedroom (with single mattreses that can be turned into a twin).

SUITE 4
With ground floor exterior access only, it has a living area with double sofa-bed, one double bedroom (with single mattreses that can be turned into a twin) and one bathroom with shower.

SUITE 5
With ground floor exterior access it consists of a living area with double sofa-bed, one double bedroom (with single mattreses that can be turned into a twin) and one bathroom with shower.

SUITE 6
The sixth suite consists of a living area with a double sofa-bed, one double bedroom (with single mattreses that can be turned into a twin) and one bathroom with a shower, all on the ground floor.

Outside, the property offers expansive gardens and relaxation areas with a private swimming pool (7x14m; 0.55-1.60m deep; open from 01.04 to 31.10), shaded areas, outdoor shower and beautiful countyside views.

PLEASE NOTE:
- the property has a housekeeper and maintenance staff who live on site in a separate annex
- there is video surveillance of the exterior area for security reasons
- there are strict local laws on recycling and if waste is not sorted accordingly it will not be collected. After an initial warning, the property owner will be fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminium and glass in the recycling bins provided.
