"The good: It was an easy walk to Bob Evans for dinner. the bad: I saw the container of cookies but apparently they were only for the staff as they were in an area only accessible to staff."

"The room had not been cleaned except the trash had been taken out. We had to request clean sheets, an ice bucket, and a coffee maker (this we never received.) The room smelled, the floors were sticky, there was a used razor in the bathtub/shower. We had to put our own toliet paper on the empty roll. We would have left but there were no available rooms in the area due to a local tournament. We went to breakfast at 8am and there were two mini bagels, four pieces of bread, one chocolate muffin, water, and coffee that was not good. "

"Major leak outside our door to "the only available room", even though multiple rooms were later given out. 2 trashcans sat outside of our door collecting water, until housekeeping later put a trash bag in one. Entire parking lot/driveway is in need of repair, obvious laziness and neglect of the basic job requirements necessary for basic upkeep. "

"The staff is great! The breakfast is lame but it is free and they want you to eat in the dining room. Very pet friendly p"

"We were told to be extra careful when we showered because the steam could trip the very sensitive fire alarm which we’d be charged $500 for if it went off. Place was clean due to what I imagine is fear of anyone moving or potentially making any sort of action which may trip the Fire Alarm. Mothman did not prophesize this."
