"Everything was great no complaints "

"There was a surprise $100 deposit when we arrived on top of the price for the room which we had already paid. Check in was at 4 PM, but you still check out at 11AM. For a 3PM check-in, there’s another fee. The hotel was nice. The staff was professional. But, the policies made it feel like a bootleg operation. You really don’t have to interact with staff at all, though. You receive your room key in your phone. You can check in and out without interacting with any staff. I’d recommend if not for all the surprise fees. If a hotel does that, what’s to stop them from saying you did something so they can keep your deposit."

"I can't say enough about this house and the host, everything was fantastic. Everything you need is at this house, it was a true home away from home and the backyard and game room where amazing. The host was quick to respond with questions and check in with me just as a courtesy. Looking forward to another trip for our family of 12 and would recommend this host to anyone and their homes. "

"The house was close to Memphis but it was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, well-supplied, and communication with the host was great. "

"I'll start with the pluses: the property was clean, check in was easy, location was close to where we were going, plenty of room for my husband, two of our kids, and me, had streaming services for entertainment when we weren't gone, the jet tub was nice. There was a stove, microwave, and small coffee pot. Area was sketchy, but no one bothered us.The negatives (and not all were the owner's fault): as soon as we walked in, my husband and I could smell marijuana (could have been a previous renter and not necessarily the owner's fault), I feel like money could have been better spent on more comfortable beds than smart appliances. My husband and I were both sore even though he actually prefers a firm mattress. There were no dishes other than silverware and styrofoam plates. No cups or glasses other than wine glasses. We ended up going to a store close by and buying our own glass plates, coffee cups, and cups for the kids. There wasn't any dish detergent for us to use the dishwasher (we ended up buying some of that too because we didn't want to leave a mess). The fridge didn't work. I feel like that should have been checked prior to our arrival, but it could have stopped after he had already come by. We had to throw out almost all of the cold items we bought because we didn't know until we had already gone to the store. Money could have also been spent on new cookware, a toaster, and probably some games or toys for families/kids. "
