This was a perfect place for us - simple and comfortable in a great location, steps from the beach at Murdoch's and several restaurants, and a quick drive to the Strand and East Beach. A safe area to walk our dogs in the neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed on the kitchen to grill and eat in one night. Good communication from Joe and he stopped by to make sure everyhting was satisfactory. We would stay here again!

This place is a jackpot! Not only is Joseph the best host, all directions were clear and easy. This condo is a perfect size, and super comfortable. We're just blocks away from The Galvez, and also the Pleasure Pier. What a stunning view at night of the ocean with the Pier in the background.

Was a great stay. Clean, nice amenities like full size washer and dryer, stocked coffee and tea bar, and full set of cookware. We only needed to stay one night but I would definitely book again for longer stays.

Great GetAway location

Our stay was great! Excellent location, Seawall is just a short walk and many restaurants and attractions are a short drive away. (just wish that the construction taking place right outside the front door had been disclosed before the day we were to arrive...would have been better prepared for the minor inconvenience, especially since we brought our dog) Place was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our 2-night stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place, it had Everything we needed and beyond. Very clean, perfect location just a block from the beach and walking distance to pleasure pier. It can sleep up to 5 people. The manager of the property was so accessible and responds quickly to any question. I will be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful Space and Location

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids. It's an adorable duplex on the bottom floor and was perfect for us. The kids loved it! It had everything we needed and more. There is construction on the road but it was easy to navigate and we were able to park right in front of the home. The seawall and Murdochs gift shop is just a couple blocks away so we didn't even have to fight for parking and could simply walk to the beach. The strand wasn't too far and were able to drive down in just a few minutes. We would absolutely use this place again.

Very cute, easy to find, super close to the beach

The house was easy to spot (bright blue) with a nice little patio area out front, and the inside was clean and had fun beach decor. We stayed very comfortable with mini-splits in the different rooms, controlled by remotes. Checking in and out went very smoothly, and though there were other guests in the other suite upstairs, we didn't hear anything and had a peaceful stay. The best part is the close location to the beach, which is why we chose this place. It's just a short walk down the street! We were here overnight before a cruise and took an Uber across the island to the port area (definitely too far for walking). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Only downsides: There are a couple of small steps in unexpected places inside, the main one being in the short hall to the bedrooms. I caught my foot on it at least once. Also, the bathroom light fixture had a bit of a learning curve; you need to flip the switch carefully, or it only turns on a tiny light at the base of the fixture. I messaged the host about this but never got a response, which was disappointing. We put a bedroom lamp in there until we figured out the tricky switch.

The location is great! Nice linens & towels. Very comfortable bed. Good working shower with hose attachment ( very handy). Kitchen area is limited but just fine for small meals & warming up leftovers. It was very clean & well equipped.
