The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and always there to help. They were able to point us in the right direction for what we wanted to do. I liked the breakfast. The parking was a little tight. Over all our stay was great and we had a very good time in Galveston.

The location was great. Right across from the beach. The hallway was smelly and had very worn and dirty carpet and walls. The room was clean but has stains everywhere and smells like decor on top of mildew. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Our go to place to stay in Galveston. Staff is always great. Do keep in mind that the beach is not visible from the hotel, but it is right down the road.

we really enjoyed our stay here! Love that the pool is open until after 10pm (other hotels close their pool at 8pm) Staff was kind and helpful. A bar would be nice for this place to have and a small plastic bag for dirty laundry. Will return!!

The hotel staff and front desk associate were great. The hotel itself was a place to sleep. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t horrible. You could tell this hotel gets quite a bit of traffic with the city hide port close by. The property was kinda run down, not tidy, there were scuffs, dirt marks, missing trims, etc. This hotel is obviously staying busy, but it doesn’t seem like a lot of the revenue is going back to the property for maintenance and upkeep. It could be a great spot with a little more attention and care about customers experience.
