Charming Historic Loft, 3 Blocks from The Strand

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment located in historic downtown Galveston! Just a block or two from everything you`re going to want to visit downtown, this location is tough to beat. Built in 1917, the League Lofts have been the ideal place to live for over a century, and now they`re being offered to you!! Designed and furnished in 2022, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 5, with everything you`re going to need to enjoy your Galveston getaway!! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.

● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Parties and events are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Galveston Getaway

Loved the location! We live locally and this loft is in walking distance to everything we love to visit. I was nervous about the stairs but they are easy to navigate without difficulty.

I rented this place for a weekend of fishing for me and my family. Really nice place, very cute and clean! The location is really good as well, close to the pier and beach and shops. Would definitely consider booking here again in the future!

Great Gal Pal getaway Weekend

Four of us, ladies, stayed here this past weekend, and we had a blast. The condo was just as the pictures showed on the VRBO, and we were impressed with how responsive Russell, the host, was. Would gladly stay again as the location was excellent and it was very clean!

Great spot for the Strand

Very convenient location to Opera House and Strand. Charming lofts that take advantage of the architectural features of the building. Only “drawback” was the elevator was temporarily out for our stay but having a third floor unit helped us burn off our dinners!

Nice place

For two couples it worked perfectly for a night before a cruise place to stay. Close to all the restaurants. Would recommend another area like a vanity with a mirror and chair so that someone can get ready while the other is in the bathroom as there is only one bathroom with the only mirror. Bummed there wasn’t an elevator but it is what it is. Check in process was easy. Overall, great place for a quick trip.

We stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend and it was a perfect location! The loft was clean, comfy and cute. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need including a waffle maker. You can will need to bring your own Shampoo and Conditioner and a bag of ice since the isn’t an ice maker. But we plan to be back next year for Mardi Gras and will try book again. The property manager was very accommodating and great with communication.

Great Location!

This apartment is in the perfect spot. We walked to the strand and beach. Parking was pretty easy to find, but we rarely used our vehicle since everything was walkable. This is a beautiful apartment that is very clean.
