The room was large but very little furniture. 2 comfortable beds and one bench to put my suitcase on but no chairs except on the balcony. I really didn't see much staff at all, had to wait for the front desk guy to notice me. I asked him if I had woke him and he said no, he had headphones on. There was some kind of portable machine outside my door that made noise all night. But over all, the room was clean and I really only was there to sleep.

Do not let fresh paint and remodeling scare you! Very helpful staff on a busy weekend. I believe breakfast will be back to be served after the remodeling. Very clean room!

We chose this hotel to save money by having breakfast included. However, when we checked in, they told us that they weren’t serving breakfast at the property anymore for no reason. It was very important to me because I wanted to have free breakfast with the family before starting the day. The gym also had very few machines. Other than that, everything was good. The hotel is close to the beach. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included, and that really affected our experience.

My family and I stay here every year we travel to Galveston and we always recommend this hotel. When I made my reservation I booked a suite. When we arrived and checked in we were told the hotel recently stopped serving breakfast, that is one of the reasons we stay here because breakfast was always great. Breakfast should be removed as an amenity. When I entered my room, it was not a suite. When I checked with the front desk they said they didn't have any suites available and would not refund the difference I paid for a suite. We were on the 4th floor and one of the elevators was out of service for an entire day. It is a good location, the rooms were clean, the housekeeping staff was helpful and there was plenty of parking.

Nice property right near the Seawall. We booked last minute for a place to stay the night before our cruise. Perfect place to stay and they also offer cruise parking. I paid $50 at checkout for my 7 day cruise. Did have to get taxi/Uber to and from port but still cheaper than port parking. Looks like it was recently renovated so perfect if you're looking for a place to stay before your cruise. They didn't offer breakfast, believe they're currently renovating that part, but the staff mention something about pastries available in the morning but we were more concerned about getting to port so didn't even bother with that. Staff was friendly as well.

Well when we got there we were informed that they no longer served breakfast which was one of my reasons for picking the place. The fitness gym only had one working machine. The room was comfortable although the tv was small and the pool was nice although where the gate to get in is anyone could just go in it. House keeping were very nice. It was an ok stay but i doubt if we will ever stay here again
