The space
We are located directly on the world famous Galveston Seawall and Babe's Beach! The view is spectacular overlooking the heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico! Size is approximately 480 sq ft. This is a perfect size for 2, and sleep 5. It's a perfect getaway near everything, yet private. You'll love the private balcony!
Other things to note
We provide simple House Guidelines & Check-out Instructions inside the Condo. We thank you in advance for respecting and caring for our home. We are a home, not a hotel and care very much for our guests well-being. Please note that these additional guidelines are necessary for visitors who are not well versed with or may not be accustomed to our home's personal guidelines. Thank you for taking the time to review them before booking.

Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm. Pool closes at that time as well.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo.
We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $300 will be charged if we detect smoke odors.


Please do not make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this!

ONLY the ACTUAL number of registered guests are permitted in the Suite after hours. ALL GUESTS (OVERNIGHT OR OTHERWISE) MUST BE DISCLOSED BEFORE CHECK-IN! Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are visiting friends/family and would like to invite them during the hours of 10am-10pm please let us know in advance. We understand many of our new friends may be visiting loved ones.


Host is not responsible for any personal items left in suite. Whenever possible if an item is recovered, we are happy to return it to you at your expense.

If there is anything that you find unsuitable about the property including cleanliness, etc., by contacting either us or about the problem, you are giving us permission to enter the property to address the issue. If you refuse to let us or our staff enter to address the problem, you are in violation of the house rules. Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property with no refund. Absolutely no refunds after 1 hour of checking-in. Any issues must be reported immediately to your hosts and given a reasonable amount of time to rectify. Thank you for your compliance!


Finally! Galveston is a Subtropical Humid Climate. Being such, we attract an abundance of natural wildlife, plants and insects. Please be mindful of this and you may have an opportunity to experience an encounter. We suggest a reading up if this is something that interests you.
