No idea how to turn on anything including coffee brewer, individual light switches, and several room lights. Only a comforter on the bed, no sheets resulting ..."

"Service was exceptional and so helpful all around. Breakfast was delicious and worth the 12€. Our issue with Nox Hotel was that there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the room was constantly humid and smelled damp. We tried to crack open the window only to find that they were completely locked. ..."
