We loved it, the girls at the reception were absolutely fabulous. Rooms aren’t super new, but very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pools are amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

Quiet and family friendly

Hotel is not new, but relaxing atmosphere, spacious, and very good service. Family friendly. Breakfast could be better. All in all, highly recommended if you look for a place to disconnect and relax.

Great Hotel in beautiful, quiet area. Very friendly, service oriented personell Big rooms, not modern but high quality. Spectacular pool area with huge pools with warm thermal water. Plenty of sunbeds. Good restaurants. Free parking on premises. Will come again!

 the pools were great! Breakfast was subpar but if u went to the sister hotel next door “Majestic “ it was much better. Cons: they allow dogs at this hotel. we had a small dog yapping in the room next door at various times. Then there was a larger dog somewhere also barking. Complaining to management did nothing. Also if ure room is at end of hall the wi-fi is spotty if non-existent. The rooms and hotel was very clean, but the walls are paper thin between the rooms. For the price it was a good value in spite of the cons and the location was excellent for day tripping.

Go if you want to relax with heated pools

We arrived late October with low expectations. We were looking for a heated or indoor pool witch the pictures didn't show that well. We checked in at another hotel in the resort and service and welcome was great. Clean rooms. They forgot we came 4 people. but that was resolved immediately. The staff were very nice and smiling and we felt us welcome. The heated in and outdoor pools with 37 C were amazing with terma water. It is not a place with roller coasters and not meant to be. The hotels are a bit old, but a renovation takes place at the moment

Totally lives up to its name.

This place truly lives up to its name. Set atop a mountain with amazing views, Each room in our party was well-thought-out and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Our only super minor issue is that we couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat so our room was a bit toasty and there was no tea kettlein the room for morningcoffee or afternoontea. But the fridge and bathroom heated floor were bonuses!
