Housekeeping did not replenish coffee did not take any garbage out of the room, even though it was piled up by the door for three days They did make the bed and replenish towels every day. One day did not secure my door when they left. It was left open. I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times and sister hotels in different cities I do thoroughly enjoy this brand and it won’t stop me from coming back. I’ll just speak up faster next time.it

Bathrooms could use and upgrade. Showers don’t appear to b scrubbed or cleaned regularly

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with kitchen appliances, which made our stay very comfortable. What I loved most was that pets are welcome with no extra fees, which is a huge plus. Everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel the next time I’m in Washington, DC. Highly recommended!
