"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren."

"Ich habe 7 Nächte in der kleinen, extrem gemütlichen behaglichen Wohnung verbracht. Der Schlaf war sehr erholsam. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wanderwege gibt es praktisch vom Haus weg. Sogar Seen sind per Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin schmückte die Wohnung mit frischen Blumen und ein leckeres Geschenk stand auf dem Tisch. Ich habe vor, wieder zu kommen. Danke für diese erholsame Aus-Zeit!"
