Nice stay in Garda town
The location is excellent, right on the promenade. The room is a bit dated and basic, but the view is nice. Breakfast was really good. No iron available in the room/hotel.

The hotel is very well located, just in the middle of Garda lake shore. The room had a view, a real full view on the lake. Nice and welcoming staff. The hotel restaurant serves good food. The hotel/rooms could do with a bit of renovation, but is was fairly priced.

Great Location.
Fantastic location, superb staff, nightmare parking for which we paid 15 Euros a night. Ten minute walk to the car park, no legal parking nearby.

I loved the view of the lake and the comfy bed. I didn't like the fact that there was no where to sit, other than the restaurant, if you just wanted to relax or wait for somebody. Though I realise that it is a restaurant with rooms above it and not a hotel.

Central location
Good find, would say hotel is 3* yet restaurant part 5*. Did eat there once for a change and was a different class to the main restaurants around. Literally in the centre overlooking lake where you can take your breakfast, all self serve but good selection and plenty if it. Hotel side also kept very clean, this was cleaned every day along with towels changed daily, not sheets during the 4 nights we were there. Had no view as room faced side street so balcony would have made it. Literally a hotel room, clean, comfortable and good value but not for you if you plan to spend a considerable amount of time.in your room. We didn't so suited us fine!

La stanza e il bagno piccolissime e non c’era scritto che il parcheggio si paga a parte 15 € non scrivere che il prezzo è di 84€ quando alla fine aggiungi 15€di parcheggio e in più la tassa di soggiorno mi è sembrato una presa in giro BISOGNA SCRIVERE TUTTO PRIMA E NON DOPO CHE HAI PAGATO

Gentilissimo Signor Silvio,infatti è tutto scritto OVUNQUE.....basta avere l'accortezza di leggere PRIMA DI PRENOTARE e non dopo che si è arrivati. Parcheggio ( non obbligatorio per altro e nemmeno dovuto) , tassa di soggiorno, animali da compagnia....tutto definito.Il prezzo di 42 euro per persona veramente le sembra caro...????Anche la stanza che Lei ha prenotato era la più economica, poteva richiedere un upgrade ma bisognava pagare la differenza........

Soggiorno breve
Piacevolissimo e perfetto il fronte-lago. Ambiente molto tranquillo, rasserenante. La sistemazione in camera è stata adatta alla provvisorietà della mia sosta. La struttura ricettiva è prossima a idoneo restylig.

Zimmer recht spartanisch, aber sauber. Alles sehr eng und hellhörig. Lage sehr gut und zentral am Wasser. Ab ca 7 Uhr ist es draußen sehr laut, da dann reinigungsdienste und co draußen loslegen.

Sehr gute Lage. Mussten das Gepäck 300 Meter vom Parckplatz ins Hotel tragen. Frühstücksservice und Zimmerservice sehr gut. Der restliche Service ist durchschnittlich. Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption und Führungskraft verbesserungswürdig. Keine Informationen ohne nachfragen erhalten.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, alte Möbel auch das Badezimmer ist klein. Der Balkon ist leider auch sehr klein aber die tolle Aussicht auf die Promenade und den See hat es wieder gut gemacht. Der Lichtschalter hat ein Wackelkontakt. Der Rolladen klemmte. Frühstück mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gute Lage, Freundl., aber Gesamtbeurteilung lesen
Schöne Lage an der Promenade, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, leider mussten wir entgegen unserer Buchung eine deftige Parkgebühr entrichten, da in der Fußgängerzone liegend, so gut wie nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, die Dusche war Mini, vielleicht 40 cm zum hineinsteigen, von 7 bis 23 Uhr keine Ruhe durch Aussengeräusche, insgesamt sehr hellhörig, Frühstück eintönig, die einzige Kaffemaschine bereitete ständig Probleme

bonjour ;après avoir conduit toute la journée pour arriver chez vous j'ai été tres décu de ne pas avoir été averti que l'on ne pouvais pas accéder en voiture puou décharger nos valises ;l'accueil a notre arrivée n'a pas été des mieux et je vous avoue que j'ai été tenter de repartir en revanche le personnel a été super sympa je note tout de meme que les appareils electique lampe de chevet chauffe eau séchoir ont des prises version francaise je cerche encore l'adaptateur!!! sinon rien a dire sur le petit déjeuner et le repas pris sur place tout etais très bon et le service très aimablle dommage pour l'accueil le premier soir merci en tous cas aux serveurs et au personnel

etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück wäre noch gut, nette Leute im gesamten Personal ;-) , schöner Ausblick (wenn Zimmer zur See Seite), etwas knapp Platz im Zimmer aber es geht. sehr schöne, typisch italienische Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich wohl hier am Gardasee :-)

Das kann zum "Place to be" werden!
es ist eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Gardasee. Der untere Gästebereich (Restaurant und Frühstück) wurde nett gemacht. Die Sevicekräfte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da hat das aufstehen und Frühstücken richtig Spass gemacht. Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren extrem nett und haben das Zimmer sehr sauber gehalten. Aber: Die Zimmer müssen dringend überarbeitet werden. Dann wäre es wirklich place to be! Wir würden das gerne für den Besitzer machen: ME-Welt. LG Michael und Ellen

Godt hotel midt i centrum

Gentile cliente, durante la bella stagione la colazione viene servita sempre a tutti esclusivamente fuori, fronte lago. Non capiamo dove sia andato a fare colazione.

Hyvä sijainti ja panoramahuoneesta kaunis maisema järvelle, vaikka huone oli muuten aika pieni ja hyvin pelkistetty. Helteiden aikaan iso plussa hotellille siitä, että huoneen sai nopeasti viilennettyä ilmalämpöpumpulla! Pysäköinti maksoi 15€/vrk ja oli hieman kaukana. Respasta sai kuitenkin hyvin täsmälliset ohjeet parkkipaikan löytämiseksi.

Kleines, typ. italienisches Haotel, Zimmer klein und mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet aber sehr sauber, neue sanitäre Einrichtungen im Bad (Dusche, WC, Bidet). Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage sehr zentral direkt an der Promenade, deshalb abends etwas lauter, was aber normal ist, wenn das Hotel so zentral liegt. Dafür frühstückt man direkt am See. Für ein paar Tage kann man dort auf jeden Fall Urlaub machen.

Die Lage ist einfach super an der Promenade, mitten in der Stadt. Gestört haben in der Früh ( 6 Uhr ) die täglichen Reinigungsarbeiten (Laubbläser, Kehrmaschinen) , die man leider trotz geschlossenen Fenster sehr gut hören konnte.
