  • Spacious 80 sq m apartment with PRIVATE TERRACE/SOLARIUM (for your EXCLUSIVE use) on the first floor of a detached house with access from a private garden. Located on a cul-de-sac, it offers free private parking on the street (in front of the house). Additional free parking spaces are available on the public road.
    The town center is a 7-minute walk away.
    Private 70 sq m rooftop terrace/solarium with lake views, equipped with loungers, umbrellas, and a hot/cold shower.
